A: To compare with coffee might be easiest. Each piece of Energy Gum™ corresponds to about one cup of instant coffee. A cup of brewed coffee contains about 100 mg of caffeine. It is often enough to chew only a single piece of Energy Gum™ to feel refreshed but if you are really tired more might be needed.

A: The sensitivity to caffeine is very individual. For some people it is sufficient with a single piece of chewing gum while others need several. A: The effect of the caffeine will already set in after about 3-10 minutes of chewing which is at least three times faster than with an energy drink or a cup of coffee. A: No it is not true. An acceptable daily intake is 40mg/kg body weight. This means that a person weighing 60 kg can eat 2.4 grams of aspartame per day. Energy Gum™ contains 0.00136 grams of aspartame per piece of chewing gum why you can chew 1765 pieces (221 packs) per day (!).
